Description
TMD Off Road Functional Cowl Induction Hood. The original JK Cowl induction hood introduced in 2007 has been Re- Designed and recently re released now available through GR8TOPS.
This hood is fully functional with an internal air duct that brings outside ambient air from the rear of the hood to the air box. Two functional side hot air exhaust under hood heat buildup.
No fake upper exhaust vents that accumulate water or screens that allow water, salt, muddy water or other debris to flow on to the engine and create corrosion on aluminum engine parts.
Made from a special composite of polycarbonate and Abs Plastic that is almost indestructible.
- Will not dent like metal hoods or chip like fiberglass hoods.
- Weighs the same as the factory hood.
- Paint adheres to the material better than fiberglass or metal.
