GR8TOPS has partnered with Southeastern Freight lines, FEDEX, and Tforce for their delivery of the hardtops. We will shop these carriers to find the lowest price option to get your hardtop delivered to you.
The day before your hardtop is shipped, you will receive an automated email from the freight company that contains your tracking number along with an estimated delivery date. You can track the progress of your shipment using that PRO number by checking on the respective website links above.
We take great care and many precautions in packaging and insulating your hardtop for its transit time. The half hardtops are completely wrapped in foam bubble wrap, then fully enclosed in a large box and banded to a wooden skid pallet. The size of the pallet for the half hardtops is approximately 4′ x 5′ and weighs approximately 170 lbs. The skid can easily be unloaded/loaded into the back of a full size pickup truck by two people.
Even with our top-notch packaging, we cannot prevent all accidents once the skid leaves our facility. Once you receive your hardtop shipment, PLEASE INSPECT ALL CARTONS BEFORE UNLOADING THEM FROM THE TRUCK. If significant visible damage is present and the product is damaged beyond use, refuse the shipment and note the damage on the delivery invoice with your signature. If there are any punctures or any visible damage that you think might have incurred to the product, please note that when signing for the delivery. Retain all packing materials until after you have fully installed the hardtop.
All freight amounts are just estimates, as freight rates are very volatile. All rates subject to change. Please inquire at the contact us page for a definitive freight quotation. Freight quotations are only guaranteed for 15 days from the date of the quote and the order must be placed within that 15 days for the same freight rate to be valid. If the order has not been placed within that 15 days, a new freight quote must be generated.
Approximate freight quotes for the half hardtops range from $295 to states nearest South Carolina to $675 on the west coast.
Approximate freight quotes for the full hardtops range from $400 to states nearest South Carolina to $865 on the west coast.
Bulkhead/cab dividers can be shipped individually via FEDEX ground with shipping price range approximately 75 to 100 depending on your location in the continental US.

Because of the complex and very volatile freight rates, the shopping cart does its best to calculate the truck freight charge. If additional freight charges are needed, we will notify you prior to adjusting the order for approval. You will receive a revised order amount that includes the freight for your approval. If you are purchasing other small items (exogate, JeepJacket etc) in addition to a half hardtop kit that fit inside the same hardtop skid, we will remove the fedex ground charges upon revising the order as well.
