These rubber grommets can used if you choose to pass the rollbar through the half hardtops. The grommet has an inside diameter of 2.25" which is the outside diameter of the Jeep Wrangler OEM rollbar is 2.25".
Keep in mind if you choose to pass the cage through hardtop the roll cage still requires cutting to get the top installed and/or subsequent removal of the top. IF you purchase these grommets and go this route, GR8TOPS does NOT predrill the holes for the cage as we have found they tend to vary slightly between jeep to jeep. You will need to slide the hardtop up to your cage mounts and mark the holes and use a 2.5" hole saw.
